    Trenton, NJ –Parents of newborns may soon be more informed about Shaken Baby Syndrome and its consequences.

    A bill that would require the New Jersey Department of Human Services to provide information on Shaken Baby Syndrome to all parents of newborns was passed today by the Assembly of Health and Senior Services Committee.
